Refund and Withdrawal Information
Even when payment is collected through a separate link, the service scope and terms should be explained before payment. This is a general framework that does not limit consumer rights.
Which transactions does this cover?
DijitUP services are planned after discussion and a proposal. This site has no cart or card-entry checkout. An agreed fee may be collected through a separately sent payment-provider link. This page describes our general approach to cancellation, withdrawal and refunds. The transaction-specific proposal, pre-contract information and agreement must be considered alongside applicable law; this page cannot narrow statutory rights.
Consumer right of withdrawal
For service contracts concluded at a distance with a consumer and covered by the applicable regulation, there is generally a 14-day right of withdrawal beginning on the day the contract is concluded. The type of service, how the contract was made and statutory exceptions must be assessed for the individual transaction. ‘Payment was made’ or ‘work began’ does not, by itself, automatically remove the right in every case. If an exception applies, its basis should be clearly communicated before payment.
Service start, cancellation and partial performance
Google Ads management, monthly SEO, web design and custom software have different timelines and delivery stages. The start date, milestones, third-party costs and method for calculating cancellation or partial performance should be stated clearly in the transaction-specific agreement. DijitUP's service fee should be shown separately from media spend paid directly to advertising platforms. We do not use a blanket advance ‘no refunds’ term that overrides mandatory consumer rights.
Applications and refund method
For initial contact, write ‘Withdrawal/cancellation request’ in the contact-form message and include the service name, proposal or transaction reference, and your contact details. For consumer transactions, a withdrawal notice must be sent in writing or by a durable medium; the valid formal notification method should be clearly stated in the transaction-specific pre-contract information. Approved refunds are made within the time and by the method required by applicable law, generally in a manner suitable for the original payment instrument. A payment provider's technical refund process does not remove statutory deadlines.

Before each payment link, the service price, delivery timetable, any withdrawal exception and formal notification method should be clearly stated in the transaction-specific document.
