Service and payment process
The DijitUP website does not provide an automated cart or card-entry checkout. The scope and price of Google Ads management, SEO, web design or custom software are discussed separately; a payment link may then be sent. Viewing a page or receiving a payment link alone does not create a service agreement on specific terms. For consumer transactions, transaction-specific information must be provided on a durable medium and required confirmations obtained before payment.
Information to provide clearly before payment
Transaction-specific pre-contract information should state the service provider's official name or title, full address and contact channels; the essential features of the service; the total price including taxes and any additional costs; payment and performance methods; when the service begins; any right of withdrawal or applicable exception; and ways to make an application. The step that creates a payment obligation must be clear, and the provision and confirmation of pre-contract information should be recorded.
Project-specific service terms
The proposal and service agreement should separately state scope, timing and delivery stages, number of revisions, content or access to be provided by the customer, any third-party licenses or advertising costs, and each party's responsibilities. Media spend paid to an advertising platform must not be confused with DijitUP's service fee. This general page does not automatically promise a price, delivery date or performance outcome to every customer.
Withdrawal, cancellation and disputes
For consumer transactions, the right of withdrawal and any statutory exceptions should be explained before payment in light of the service. The formal channel for withdrawal or dispute applications should appear in the transaction document. Consumer remedies and monetary thresholds can change with the law in force on the transaction date; no fixed threshold is stated here.
