DIJITUP · LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
We explain how information may be handled when you visit our site, speak with us or use a payment link. This general privacy explanation does not replace the KVKK Data Protection Notice.
Scope
This policy explains our approach to privacy when you visit the DijitUP website, contact us by phone or WhatsApp, discuss a proposal or service, or follow a separately sent payment link. The detailed information required by Turkish personal data law is provided in our KVKK Data Protection Notice.
What information may be involved?
You do not need to provide identity information simply to view the pages. If you use the contact form, your name or company name, phone number, website or social media address, enquiry and message are sent to Wix form records. A service relationship may also generate proposals, contracts, invoices and payment records. The site and hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, access times and error logs for security.
How do we use information?
We use information where necessary to answer your enquiry, define the service and prepare a proposal, perform a contract, manage invoicing and payment, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Contacting us does not automatically grant permission for marketing messages or non-essential tracking technologies.
Payment links and third parties
The site does not contain a checkout screen where card details are entered. A payment link may be sent separately for an agreed service. When you open it, the payment provider's own security, privacy and transaction terms apply. DijitUP may have access to the amount, payment status and transaction reference for payment follow-up; the DijitUP site is not intended to collect card numbers or security codes. This explanation does not replace the provider's own notice.
Sharing, security and retention
Information may be shared only as necessary with authorized team members, hosting, communication, payment, accounting or legal service providers, and competent authorities where required. We aim to limit access to what is needed and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security for internet transmissions. Records should be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when their purposes and applicable legal retention periods end. Actual periods and recipients must be verified against the real workflow and specified in the KVKK notice.
Rights and updates
Your rights regarding personal data and the application procedure are explained in the KVKK Data Protection Notice. See the Cookie Policy for cookies and similar technologies. This text will be updated if the services or data processing change; an update cannot make a new processing activity lawful retroactively.
